Is there a delivery charge?
We provide a delivery service and there will be a small delivery fee depending upon where you are based in France. Within 50km of our store Cazals 46250 there will be a 30€ charge and thereafter it will be between 30€ - 100€ depending upon your location.
How long does delivery take?
The timeframes at the moment vary according to the manufacturer. Normally if it is in stock with our supplier we can deliver within 3-4 weeks of order. You will be notified at time of order whether the item is in stock and if not what the delay is. For Tetrad sofas the timeframes from order to shipping are taking around 14-16 Weeks.
Why are your prices cheaper than other suppliers?
The majority of our sales are through the internet and word of mouth and social media. We keep our advertising costs and overheads to a minimum and we carry out all our deliveries in house using our sister company Plume Logistics to keep the prices even lower.
Can I pay in Euros or Sterling?
You can choose to pay in Pound Sterling or in Euros whichever you prefer. We accept major credit cards, Paypal, cheque or bank transfer. We are confident that you will be very happy with your furniture and therefore we only ask for a 50% deposit with your order and the remaining balance on delivery when you have inspected your furniture and are completely happy with it.
Can we visit your store?
You are more than welcome to come and visit us in our boutique in Cazals 46250. We are open everyday except for Monday. Please see our opening times. Alternatively you can make a rendez-vous or we are happy to come to your home to assess your requirement depending upon where you are situated.
